One of the largest market research organisations in the UK, Ipsos MORI conduct surveys for a wide range of major organisations including the NHS, the NSPCC, Tesco, Unilever, Google and EE, as well as other market research agencies. The scope of their work, then, is expansive – and the company found itself needing a fresh base of operations to match.
Relocated from south of the River Thames to Thomas More Square, a stone’s throw from the Tower of London, Ipsos MORI’s brand new headquarters embraces both distinctiveness and smart working principles over its 62,000 sq ft and 4 floors.

The main scope of work involved the procurement of systems and loose furniture, which work in tandem to offer Ipsos MORI’s staff a variety of workspaces; from the traditional bench desk and acoustically sound meeting pods, to more communal, collaborative spaces with soft seating, and relaxing cafe areas.
Items from esteemed design houses such as Vitra – with a selection of iconic Eames and Panton chairs – add a touch of class as well as colour to an already imaginative palette.
A key component of Rainbow’s work came in facilitating the reuse of some of the customer’s existing product to complement the new, refurbishing and reconditioning where possible to enable Ipsos MORI to conserve resources, as well as avoiding wastage.
